Product Warranty

Dear buyer, please read all the warranty terms of Zoltrix Kish Company before buying the device. Purchasing the device with a guarantee from Zoltrix Kish Company means accepting all the items on the back of the warranty card and the following additional items:

Modem Warranty
A) Terms of the guaranteed product:
  • 1. This warranty will be valid until the date stated on the card.
  • 2. Defective goods can be replaced with healthy goods only after testing and confirmation of defects by experts of Zoltrix Service Center.
  • 3. Carry a guarantee card.

b) Items out of warranty:
  • 1. Defective serial number or laser hologram on the product.
  • 2. No warranty card.
  • 3. Any technical defects due to impact, breakage, scratches, rust, parts burn, power fluctuations, chemicals and misuse.
  • 4. Carrying out any repairs and manipulations by unauthorized persons.
  • 5. Perform any operating system updates in person and without coordination with the experts of Zoltrix Kish Service Center.

c) Important points:
  • 1. Goods without time and out of warranty conditions, if they can be repaired, will be repaired after estimating the cost and customer approval, and if they can not be repaired, they will be returned to the customer without receiving any cost.
  • 2. By receiving the warranty card, the buyer has accepted its terms and found the product with a warranty label and a healthy physical appearance.
  • 3. Those goods that are no longer produced during the warranty period or can not be provided to the Zoltrix service center, will be repaired and if not repaired, will be replaced with the same product at the discretion of the Zoltrix service center.


Warranty Tablet and Powerbank
Dear buyer, your device warranty is void under the following conditions:
  • 1. Any improper use, maintenance and operation and derailment of the product.
  • 2. Any tampering with, service, repair or alteration by unauthorized persons.
  • 3. Malfunction due to the use of any accessories and batteries that are not original and not approved by the company.
  • 4. Corruption or tampering with the date or serial number on the warranty card or on the device.
  • 5. Any impact and contact with liquids and moisture.
  • 6. Install any software or program not approved by the company.
  • 7. Root the device and any manipulation of system files and device system updates.

Note:
  • 1. This warranty does not include the tablet not working properly due to telecommunication network problems.
  • 2. This warranty does not include accessories such as covers, chargers, handsfree, headphones, batteries, memory cards and other accessories.
  • 3. Before providing the tablet for services, please delete any personal information from the tablet, including phonebook, text messages, photos and videos; Also remove the SIM card and memory card from the device.
  • 4. Services will not be responsible for the storage and retrieval of information as well as cards.
