Representation Request Conditions

Dear customer, please read all the warranty terms of Yashar Gostar Arsham before buying the device. Purchasing the device with a guarantee from Yashar Gostar Arsham Company means accepting all the items on the back of the warranty card and the following additional items:

General conditions for receiving representation

- Have enough experience in sales or after-sales service for mobile
- Having sufficient ability to build, standardize, repair, purchase and supply parts
- Having a good reputation in the requested location and residence in the desired city

Required documents

- Written request (refer to the head office or company website), a summary of the resume and work history of the applicant
- Completed application form for representation
- Photocopy of ownership document, goodwill or lease in the name of the applicant
Copy of relevant and valid business license
- Company Articles of Association (for applicants who intend to partner with other people or legal applicants)
- Photocopy of the official newspaper for legal applicants
- A few clear and distinct photos of the facilities and location introduced from different angles of the dealership location
Photocopy of identity card and national card
- Photocopy of end of service card or permanent exemption
Photocopy of the latest degree
- Sketch the requested location
- Photo 4 × 3 applicant 2 pieces
Certificate of no criminal record according to the certification of competent authorities
Necessary documents for passing related training courses
Inquiry from the bank by the current active account of the applicant regarding the announcement of the status and function of the introduced bank account and the guarantee of delivery to the company

Note: Only if the documents are completed will the applicants file. In addition, filing a case does not mean granting agency privileges, and Yashar Gostar Arsham Company is free to reject or accept the application. After providing the required documents, the site will be visited and if approved by the company, a memorandum of understanding will be signed between the company and the applicant and all documents and information will be delivered to the applicant for standardization

Other explanations and important points

If the progress of standardization has been achieved according to the plan, the following actions will be taken by the relevant units in the order of the mentioned priorities:

Note: Privileges are granted to a person and any transfer of agency privileges to others is within the company's authority. If the applicants succeed in obtaining the points of level one after-sales service agencies, they can benefit from the facilities and requirements and other facilities within the framework of the company's criteria. All applicants who have succeeded in obtaining the points of after-sales service agency, as well as all after-sales service agencies throughout the country will be obliged to comply with the regulations and instructions and rules related to their activities.
